Patient Support Group
Faraja
The Faraja Cancer Support Trust plays a significant role in providing emotional, practical and healing support to anyone affected by cancer. Faraja offers cancer patients and their carers information, advice, counseling and complementary therapies. Support groups for various cancers meet regularly throughout the month at the centre.
Founded in 2010, Faraja works alongside several institutions and hospitals that offer conventional cancer treatments such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery. The Faraja Cancer Support Trust aims to take patients beyond medical treatment by providing a holistic approach to coping with the challenges of cancer.
